This subject emphasises the importance of inclusive classroom policies and catering to individual needs in order to achieve a positive environment. The aim being to prevent bad behaviour. Where bad behaviour still exists the path to correction is always via positive reinforcement before a negative or exclusive means is adopted. Acquiring on going support and knowledge from colleagues and professional development is always encouraged. Whole-school approach St Mary’s Broome, as per school policy. 1-2-3 Magic
